Commercial roof repair and replacement in Springfield, MO
Flat and low-slope roofs fail slowly, then all at once. Ponding water, open seams and wet insulation can sit unnoticed until a leak reaches your inventory, tenants or equipment. We find those problems early and give you a clear choice: repair, restore with a coating, or replace.
- Roof assessment: hands-on inspection, core samples and thermal imaging to find hidden moisture.
- Repair: leaks, open seams, flashing and drains, scheduled around your business hours.
- Restoration and coatings: extend the life of a sound roof without a full tear-off.
- Replacement: TPO, EPDM and metal systems sized to your building and budget.
- Maintenance: scheduled inspections so small problems never become emergencies.
What Springfield business owners say
Jamison and MWR are fantastic. We had a great experience working with them as they helped get us out of a crummy situation. Our commercial building never had the roof caps and downspouts installed despite multiple promises from our GC, and we’ve been open for 15 months. Jamison and MWR were able to help us rectify the situation and we are very thankful.
Matt M., commercial building owner, Google review, October 2025
Jamison Baiza has provided such amazing service to both our commercial business as well as our personal home. I highly recommend using him and taking advantage of their free inspection and video description of your roof.

After the April 28, 2026 hailstorm
Just before noon on April 28, 2026, a supercell crossed northwest Springfield. The National Weather Service measured a 4-inch hailstone at its own office, and spotters reported 2.5 to 2.75 inches north and west of town. Hail that size can puncture single-ply membranes and dent metal panels, and the damage is often invisible from the ground. If your building was in that path and the roof has not been inspected, schedule an assessment now. We document what we find with photos so you have a record for your insurer.

What do Springfield property owners ask about commercial roofs?
Most ask what a commercial roof costs, whether we can work around business hours, and whether to repair, coat or replace. Most of our commercial repairs run $1,500 to $5,000, and full replacements typically run $25,000 to $100,000+. We schedule disruptive work around your operations, and after a free assessment we price each option in writing so you can compare. Details are below.
How much does a commercial roof cost in Springfield?
Most commercial roof repairs we’ve done since 2024 cost between $1,500 and $5,000. Small fixes can run under $1,000, larger section repairs $5,000 to $10,000 or more, and full replacements typically $25,000 to $100,000+, depending on roof size and system. A coating usually costs much less than a tear-off (a 10-year coating warranty is available at extra cost). After a free assessment, you get written pricing for each option.
| Type of job | Typical range |
|---|---|
| Small repair | Under $1,000 |
| Typical repair | $1,000 to $5,000 |
| Larger section repair | $5,000 to $10,000+ |
| Full roof replacement | $25,000 to $100,000+ |
Can you work around our business hours?
Yes. We plan the work in phases and schedule noisy or disruptive steps around your operations, tenants and deliveries.
Should we repair, coat or replace?
If the deck and insulation are dry and the membrane is sound, a repair or coating can add years. If core samples show wet insulation across large areas, replacement usually costs less over time. The assessment report shows which applies to your building.
Do you help with hail damage claims on commercial buildings?
Yes. We document the damage with photos and measurements and work with your adjuster. Missouri law (RSMo 407.725) sets rules for roofing contracts tied to insurance claims, and we follow them.
