I understand ShingleCare+ is a $99/year subscription that renews automatically each year until I cancel, and that a $50 surcharge applies to steep roofs, assessed at the time of service. I agree to the ShingleCare+ Service Agreement and authorize Midwest Roofing to charge my payment method for the annual fee at signup and on each renewal.
