Full Roof Replacement – Camdenton, MO
About this roof
This Camdenton, MO home and its detached garage were ready for a complete refresh. We started with a single-layer tear-off down to the plywood decking and rebuilt with 29 squares of Owens Corning® Duration Flex shingles in Summer Harvest, finished with a matching DuraRidge cap.
We protected the decking with synthetic underlayment and added PSU 30 premium ice & water shield at every flashing area and penetration. We also replaced an older vented skylight with two new Velux VCM skylights, installed fresh chimney flashing with a weathertight seal, and reset the existing gutter guards.
The result is a durable, great-looking roof built to protect this home for years to come. Ready for a roof you can count on? Contact Midwest Roofing today for your free estimate.

In June 2025, our crew replaced this roof in Camdenton, Missouri with Owens Corning® Duration FLEX® and DuraRidge® cap in Summer Harvest (29 squares, 2,900 sq ft). Why Duration FLEX and new skylights on this Camdenton home?
Camdenton gets big hail. NOAA’s Storm Events Database lists 3-inch hail at the Lake Regional Clinic in Camdenton on May 8, 2024, and 3.25-inch hail at Camdenton Memorial Airport that August. Owens Corning Duration FLEX is an SBS polymer-modified shingle with a UL 2218 Class 4 impact rating, the highest that test gives, and it’s rated for winds up to 130 mph.
Skylights and chimneys are where roofs most often leak, so this job replaced the old vented skylight with two new Velux curb-mounted skylights and put new flashing on the chimney. Doing that during the re-roof lets the new flashing tie into the new underlayment and ice and water shield instead of being patched into an old roof.
