What makes Duration shingles a fit for a lake home?

Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles use SureNail Technology, a woven, reinforced fabric strip in the nailing zone that creates a triple layer where the nails go. Owens Corning rates them for winds up to 130 mph with four nails per shingle, which matters on open lake lots where wind comes straight off the water.

How do we finish a full roof replacement in one day?

A one-day install comes down to planning. Materials are delivered and staged before the crew arrives, a full crew works the roof together, and the old roof is torn off and dried in a section at a time so the home is never left open. On this Four Seasons home, Justin’s crew worked long hours to finish the tear-off, new shingles and cleanup the same day.
