ShingleCare+ covers shingle roofs on permanent dwellings. The roof must be considered safe to walk on by our trained technicians. Metal, tile, and flat roofs aren’t serviced under this program.

Most homes can be serviced in about 2 hours, within 7 days of booking. Your full report arrives within 48 hours of that visit.

No. Because the work happens on your roof and in your gutters, you don’t need to be home. We document everything with before-and-after photos, so you’ll see exactly what we did in your report — whether you were there or not.

Safety and quality come first, so we don’t seal or walk a wet roof. If weather pushes your visit, we’ll reach out to reschedule for the next available dry day.

ShingleCare+ is an annual service — one visit a year at $99 to keep the small stuff from becoming big. We’ll reach out ahead of each year’s visit; there’s no long-term contract, and you can skip or cancel a renewal anytime.
