What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair roof leaks and damage efficiently
- Install, replace, and repair shingles, flashing, and underlayment
- Work safely on a variety of residential roof systems
- Deliver a professional, positive experience for every customer
- Ensure all work meets our high- quality standards
- Work 40+ hours a week, with rotating on-call weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Note: This role may include additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of roofing repair and/or carpentry experience preferred
- Knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and repair techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
