Job Description
As a Canvassing Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Midwest Roofing in the field. You’ll work door-to-door in local neighborhoods, engaging with potential customers to identify roofing needs and generate high-quality leads for our sales team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that offers the chance to earn a competitive hourly wage plus uncapped commission potential.
What You’ll Do
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods Tuesday through Saturday, 12 PM – 8 PM (times
may vary) - Engage with homeowners and business owners to promote Midwest Roofing’s
services - Identify potential leads and set appointments for our sales team
- Build rapport with community members and represent our brand professionally
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, meeting new people every day
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, friendly, and self-motivated individuals with a knack for connecting with
people - Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and stay driven to hit goals
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
- No roofing experience required—training provided!
- Reliable transportation to get to assigned canvassing areas
What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $20/hour base + generous commissions
- Earning potential up to $80,000 gross annually
- Full-time schedule: 5 days/week (Tuesday through Saturday, 12 PM – 8 PM times
